One of the true Western 20th Century Jyotish classics. It is utterly wonderful, useful, and complete for a book suitable for beginners. In terms of the basic meanings of the houses and the planets it cannot be beat. This is a must have book for any serious student of the divine science. It includes mantras for the planets, a fairly complete "cook book" method of interpretation, sample charts of famous people, divisional charts, and many other aspects of Vedic Astrology.
