Actually, I have my original BH&G Cookbook from 1968, so I will review the older cookbook, assuming they have only tweaked it to be even better. This is an extremely simple cookbook and the organization is very user friendly. I still bake their Coffee Cake recipe that is in the bread section, after 36 years! This is a good beginners cookbook, but probably not needed by anyone who has been cooking for years. Still, it has the old standards that we all need every once in awhile. Good gift to a new cook.
