Krakauer’s book is about the Fundamentalist sects that have sprung from the Church of the Latter Day Saints (Mormons) and goes into a detailed and fascinating history of Mormonism. While I would say that the book was a little too long and often repetitive, I found it totally engrossing and fascinating. I very highly recommend this book.
